Over 90% of our production is carried out at the SAN-O-SUB ITALIA SRL manufacturing plant in Trezzano sul Navliglio, near Milan.

We have CNC transfer machinery, several CNC workshops and machines for CNC bar work.

The raw material is supplied complete with the EN 10204 2-2 analysis certificate. Part of it is then sent to the press workshops for producing the bodies, and the rest is stored in our warehouse to be used later for manufacturing the additional components

 

Bodies as well as additional component parts are all manufactured in-house and each manufacturing stage is quality controlled using special gauges and tampons, following strict production procedures. After manufacture and quality control the parts are thoroughly washed internally and then the exterior is either chromium plated or cleaned with diluted hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid.
