Bombole in acciaio per aria compressa respirabile Le bombole sono con una lega di acciaio al cromo 34CRMO4 ad elevata resistenza e con peso specifico contenuto. Esternamente sono trattate per l’ambiente marino e protette con una metallizzazione di zinco e con tre mani di vernice epossidica. Il fusto della bombola è di colore giallo mentre l’ogiva è a spicchi bianchi e neri come prescritto dalla normativa ADR. L’interno della bombola è bonificato con fosfatizzazione e protetto fino al momento dell’assemblaggio con gel di silicio. Tutte le bombole sono corredate da dichiarazione di conformità PED 97/23/EC. Tutte le bombole vengono assemblate dalla nostra società che rilascia la dichiarazione di conformità dell’insieme bombola + valvola obbligatorio per legge CE 97/23 e a garanzia della sicurezza dell’utente.
Our tanks are manufactured with a 34CRMO4 steel alloy with high resistance qualities yet reduced weight. They are externally treated for marine environments and protected with a zinc coating and painted with 3 layers of epoxy paint. The body of the tank is yellow and the top is striped black and white in accordance with the ADR regulations. Inside the tank is phosphatized and treated with silica gel at assembly. All our tanks are manufactured according to PED 97/23/EC regulations. All tanks and valves constructed by Sanosub are inspected and come with all necessary inspection documentation required by the CE97/23 law.
