Before assembly products undergo surface cleaning and chromium-plating in conformance with EN15001.

Next, product data are added to the products in line with the relevant manufacturing directives.

All products are allotted a production number which facilitates traceability both of the materials used in production and that of the products sold in any 10-year period.  Once the production numbers are in place, the component parts are ready for assembly.

Every product follows a standard prescribed assembly process.
Our assembly process involves a dedicated assembly line for each product.Every line is equipped with all the tools necessary for the assembly process. All the tools utilised are subjected to daily calibration and so are certified by the relevant calibration bodies.Each line has trained operatives who manually assemble the products one stage at a time.
